Phillip Eglen — Managing Director
Phillip has been a successful property professional all his working life. After finishing his further education at Kings Lynn Technical College the first four years of his working life were spent with a regional house builder. This was followed by a career within a well known national estate agency chain.
His market knowledge and understanding of technical issues along with top drawer sales skills ensured a rapid rise through the ranks to Land & New Homes area manager, responsible for all corporate client work including sourcing and disposal of development land along with planning and financial appraisal. Early in 2006, with almost 20 years of experience, Phillip established his own planning and property consultancy firm and now relishes the challenges and opportunities ahead. |

Antony Pettifer — Planning Consultant
Antony has worked in the development industry for over 22 years. Following an initial period in the architects’ section of a large metropolitan council, he has specialised in the speculative development of, primarily, residential sites.
Working with a number of the country’s top house builders at regional architect level, he has gained in depth experience of all types of development size and geographical location. Latterly, he has been working with a specialist developer in Southwest London expanding his experience to include commercial and retail development and larger mixed use schemes. His experience and background motivate him to extract maximum value for clients. He lives in Norfolk with his wife and has two daughters.

Mark Andrews - MARLA, Portfolio Manager
Mark Andrews pursued his chosen career in property straight from school and has not looked back since. Although he has Estate Agency experience, it is in the discipline of Property Management and Lettings that he has gained his reputation as an accomplished professional. A Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, Mark cut his teeth in Ipswich with the largest property management company in the East of England. He has since moved on to start up two new agencies in Norwich, a challenging role at the best of times but one which Mark; a keen footballer, has tackled with enthusiasm and much success. Mark bought his first house at the age of 19 and is now a landlord himself.

Harvey Brown- Architectural Technician
After cutting his teeth for ten years as a design engineer for a leading vehicle manufacturer, Harvey diverted his career path into the design of bespoke hardwood conservatories. This is where he spent seven years perfecting his craft showing a great attention to detail and construction methods. On joining Pelorus Planning and Property Consultancy, he relished the new challenges of designing and specifying all types of building structures to a very high standard. |

Stefan Dente - Land Agent
Stefan moved to Norfolk 6 years ago and vigorously pursued a career in Estate Agency work for both National and Independent agents rapidly rising to Management level and eventually moving into land. He has now been with Pelorus for a year and is pushing the boundaries in bringing the Land & Agency business to a new level.

Catherine Lund - Lettings Administration Manager
Catherine has lived in Norfolk all her life. She has worked in a combination of sales and lettings environments for 6 years. Working her way up from office junior to lettings administration manager, Catherine has an intricate knowledge of all aspects of the Lettings sector.. She now looks forward to continuing this role with Pelorus. Her aim being to establish Pelorus as one of the largest and most successful letting agents in East Anglia. |

Emma Moughan – Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Emma joins Pelorus from a range of administrative backgrounds. Firstly supporting a busy Customer Service team for an International Car manufacturer, then, following a relocation to Manchester for three years she ventured into the construction industry working as a Team Secretary for a consultancy firm of Project Managers, Building Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors, before moving back to her home town and working as secretary to the Head of Department for a Commercial Property Finance company. Emma is delighted to be a part of Pelorus Planning & Property, she looks forward to improving her knowledge of the property world and is embracing the challenge of her responsibilities to the Managing Director and his staff. |

Julian Edwards — Business Development Director
Julian has a wealth of experience in the land and property market. Having been raised and educated abroad, his diverse career spans from Spain to the UK. With over 10 years experience in sourcing land, developing and marketing large developments, his knowledge is exceptional. During the last five years, Julian has concentrated specifically in niche land and property investment opportunities.
Some of his more recent projects have included buy-to-let schemes, regeneration of closed landfill sites and early purchase of land in port towns ear-marked for huge redevelopment. Julian lives with his wife and three children near Saffron Walden. |

Mike Graham - Strategic Planning & Development Manager
Mike joins Pelorus having spent the past 3 years running a diverse planning consultancy covering a wide range of commercial and residential projects in the South East. This gives him an excellent understanding of planning and building control procedure covering a wide array of circumstances including Conservation Areas and Listed buildings.Prior to this Mike spent over 10 years with large Main Contractors, including Taylor Woodrow, working on projects including Gatwick Airport, The Tate Gallery and Paternoster Square.On joining Pelorus Planning and Property Consultancy he looks forward to the challenge of realising maximum commercial viability for Clients whilst maintaining a firm grounding in creative design.

Helen Wright - Architectural Technician BA (Hons)
After successfully completing her degree at Suffolk University in Interior Design, Helen completed several short-term contracts with various large architectural practices gaining valuable experience in CAD design. Having now joined Pelorus as a full time Architectural Technician, Helen is looking forward to furthering her knowledge of building control regulations and becoming an important part of the team. |

Shona Holloway- Sales & Planning Administrator
Shona joins Pelorus from a range of customer service and administrative backgrounds over the last 12 years. Firstly supporting a busy Warehouse & Distribution Company, then following that she worked as an Internal Sales Co-ordinator for a well known Packaging firm.
Shona is a vibrant and outgoing member of our team, managing the support and administration for Pelorus and looking forward to handling the challenges that lay ahead in this fast moving industry.
