Greengates - Residential Development
Following the purchase of the land which had the benefit of an outline approval a local developer asked to re-appraise the development options. In response a scheme was submitted and approved which increased the density and financial viability of the scheme, an existing cottage was completely refurbished with the addition of a new rear extension and in addition Pelorus achieved a further approval for an extra new cottage creating an extended attractive terrace to the site frontage.
